Registration

The online registration will be provided from 17 Feb., 2012 to 31 May, 2012.
Early Bird Fees will be applied in case you complete your payment by 30 April, 2012.
The system allows you online credit card settlement after your registration process.

The conference fee includes welcome drink, lunches(22-24), a dinner party and social programs

* To apply the Early Bird fees, payment must be completed by 30 April, 2012 JST.
 After 1st May, 2012, normal fees are applied even if registrations are completed by 30 April, 2012 JST.

** Registration fees are NOT refundable on and after 1 June, 2012 JST.

The Japanese travel agency offers special prices of various kinds of recommended Hotels for the participants of ACEI 2012 Kyoto.

List of Suggested Accommodation

All the hotels below have good access to the conference venue, no more than 15-20 minutes by subway or on foot. Grades are not official. Prices are approximate quotations for June 2009. Prices of Grade C hotels tend to include Broadband Internet and breakfast. Accommodation is also available for back-packers for under ¥5,000 per night.

Ninna-ji Omuro zakura
Ninna-ji (仁和寺) is the head temple of the Omuro school of the Shingon Sect of Buddhism. Located in western Kyoto, Japan, it was founded in AD 886.The temple is famous for it's plantation of dwarf cherry trees called Omuro Zakura (御室桜). It is part of the "Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto", a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
